Pilot-stage product
BuildSense AI is at visual MVP, working-MVP development and pilot-validation stage. It is not yet in unrestricted commercial release and no paid access is currently available through this website.
Indicative decision-support only
BuildSense AI outputs are intended to be indicative, feasibility-stage and assumption-dependent. They do not replace architectural, engineering, quantity-surveying, planning, environmental, legal, regulatory, procurement or construction advice.
Professional verification
Users and pilot participants remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional verification before relying on any construction, cost, programme, carbon, thermal, planning or delivery-risk information.
Pilot participation
Pilot participation is limited and subject to project suitability, product readiness, availability and agreed pilot terms. Professional interest does not guarantee pilot participation.

Indicative post-pilot pricing or roadmap features shown on the website are subject to validation and product readiness and are not currently available for purchase.
